Branding & Creating a Digital Ecosystem for Nutritik Performance
Nutritik Performance, a leading science-based sports nutrition enterprise in Romania, set out to expand its operations, strengthen its brand presence, and diversify its product offerings. To support this growth, they needed a cohesive brand identity and digital ecosystem that would resonate with athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and health-conscious consumers.
I was trusted with leading the design and user experience across multiple touchpoints, ensuring consistency and impact across their branding, website, mobile app, client platform, social media, digital products, eBooks, physical office, and partnership materials.

Challenge
Despite Nutritik Performance’s strong reputation in sports nutrition, several challenges were slowing their growth:
Fragmented brand identity – The existing branding lacked consistency across platforms, making it difficult to establish a strong market presence
Outdated digital presence – Their website and app did not fully reflect the company’s expertise, nor did they provide an engaging experience for customers
Limited user engagement – Clients had no seamless way to interact with Nutritik’s services, making it quite hard to retain and convert users
Expanding product offerings – With new digital and physical products launching, there was a need for a unified design approach across all materials
The rebranding and digital transformation led to:
Increased brand recognition – A unified identity strengthened Nutritik’s presence in the sports nutrition market
Higher user engagement – The new website and app saw a significant increase in user interactions and time spent on the platform

To understand the core audience and optimise the brand experience, I conducted:
User research – Interviewed athletes, fitness professionals, and nutrition clients to uncover pain points and expectations
Competitor analysis – Analysed other sports nutrition brands to identify best practices in branding, UX, and engagement
Usability testing – Evaluated existing platforms to pinpoint friction points in the digital experience

Design a user-friendly website and mobile app that simplifies nutrition guidance and product discovery
Develop a client platform that enhances interaction with nutritionists and personalised plans
Ensure brand consistency across all digital and physical materials, from social media to eBooks and office branding
I developed wireframes and prototypes in Figma, mapping out:
• Rebranded visual identity – A new colour palette, typography, and design system to reflect Nutritik’s scientific approach
• Website & app UI/ UX – Optimised user flows for product discovery, nutrition plans, and expert consultations
• Client platform – A streamlined dashboard for users to track progress, connect with nutritionists, and access personalised recommendations
• Marketing & brand assets – Redesigned digital products, social media visuals, and eBooks to maintain a cohesive look and feel











This project was an incredible opportunity to shape the brand and digital presence of a growing leader in sports nutrition. By prioritising user experience, trust, and consistency, I helped Nutritik Performance create a great ecosystem that supports both its users’ needs and business goals.
Leading the design across branding, digital platforms, and marketing materials allowed me to develop a complete approach to scalable design systems. The experience reinforced the importance of data-driven UX, brand storytelling, and multi-platform consistency in building a strong, recognisable brand.
