Designing the Product and Brand Ecosystem for Pick

Pick, a ridesharing platform for independent drivers and an official Bolt partner, aimed to reimagine its product after an initial MVP, which was functional but had an amateurish design, limited responsiveness, and no design system. The goal was to establish a modern, scalable design and brand presence that would inspire trust, simplify onboarding, and drive driver acquisition and engagement.

I was responsible for leading the design and user experience across all touchpoints, creating consistency and impact across the mobile app, website, App Store & Google Play assets, email marketing, and partnership materials.

I built Pick's first design system to support scalability and long-term growth, owning the full design output as the only designer on the team.
